Covid Library Updates

Wollondilly library service continues to review and modify our services in line with physical distancing guidelines and NSW Health guidelines. The Library’s highest priority remains the health and well-being of the community.

The library is thoroughly cleaned each night and with additional cleaning throughout the day, including wiping down surfaces, handrails and computers with anti-viral spray.
In accordance with the NSW Health Guidelines:
You must provide your details for the purposes of contact tracing. This information will be deleted after 28 days.

We ask that if you are unwell to not come into the library. 
Please contact us and we may be able to arrange temporary admission to our Home Library Service.
Hygiene Practices and Safety Protocols 
  • Customers will be required to scan their library card or scan their details into the Service NSW App at the front entrance.
Non-customers will need to provide their I.D. and contact details or use the Service NSW App. 
All records will be kept confidentially for 28 days
  • We encourage the wearing of masks for all visitors.
  • Hand sanitiser will be available for customers on entry, as well as next to self-check machines and public computer
  • Strict social distancing measures are required. A minimum distance of 1.5 metres maintained at all times inside the library
  • Please supervise children at all times to ensure social and hygiene measures
  •  Facebook programs will still be operating. Check our Facebook page and also the library website  ‘What’s on’  page for details
Services available
  • Customer Service (issues, reservations, answering reference, reader advisory inquiries and Interlibrary Loans.)
  • Photocopying, Printing and Scanning now available
  • Three computers will be available for public use for a maximum of one hour
  •  Study tables in upstairs meeting room
  • Regular Children and Adult programs will not be operating depending on covid conditions.
