Join us for a special Book Week edition of our weekly storytime.

Enjoy a reading of CBCA Book of the Year Award Shortlisted titles,  interactive activities and craft.

We'd love to see your favourite book characters come to life! We encourage children to get into the spirit by dressing as a favourite book character. This can be as simple as a mask, prop, accessory, or a full costume—whatever feels fun and easy. Grown-ups are invited to join the fun as well.

Tuesday 25 and Thursday 27 August
10.45am - 11.30am
The View Room, Wollondilly Library

For children aged 2 years and above.

Bookings are not required. Everyone is welcome.

Libraries are for everyone, and all children are welcome. If your child requires additional support or accommodations to attend this program or you have any questions, please contact us.

You may wish to read our Storytime Social Story with your child prior to your visit, and feel free to bring a comfort object or similar to help your child feel comfortable and stay focused during the session.

Please note: For the safety of all attendees, we ask that no food is consumed in the room throughout the session. Drinks are permitted.

Our Storytime program is designed for children attending with their parent, carer or family. Family day care educators are also welcome to attend as suitable for the ages of children in their care.

Due to capacity limitations, these sessions are not suitable for visits by preschool or long day care groups. To arrange a group visit to the Library or discuss your requirements, please contact us.
